About Me
I joined Spotify in 2015 as a music editor in Berlin, where I helped build their presence across German-speaking markets and turned New Music Friday Deutschland into one of the top-performing NMF playlists globally.
In 2019, I moved to Los Angeles to join the Global Hits team, working on flagship playlists like Today's Top Hits and Pop Rising. I helped launch EQUAL, Spotify's initiative for women creators, and led the global editorial strategy for WRAPPED.
I left Spotify in 2022 after seven years at the company and launched my business the following year.
I work as an independent consultant and project manager, specializing in streaming partnerships, release strategies, and fanbuilding for emerging artists.
I know how editorial playlisting and DSP relationships actually work and use it to develop strategies tailored to each artist's identity, narrative, and potential.
